Outside Europe over £150

 

How long is delivery:

We aim to send out any orders on the next working day, using Royal Mail. This we find is the quickest and most reliable service.

UK 2-3 working days

Europe 3-7 working days

Outside Europe 7-14 days dependant on country

If you find your order doesn't qualify for free shipping the below rates will be added to your basket:

If parcels go missing, we have to make a claim with the delivery carrier first. To fully understand what has happened.

When the investigation has happened we can look at options for you.

Carriers can take up to 60 days to investigate.

We understand online purchases can be tricky without trying items on, and welcome refunds if they don't suit you or just aren't quite right.
